Tax benefits

Individuals (Personal Income Tax)

  • 80% deduction for the first 250 euros donated.
  • 40% deduction for amounts exceeding 250 euros.
  • If you have donated to the same entity during the previous two years for an equal or higher amount, the deduction on amounts exceeding 250 euros increases to 45%.

Legal entities (Corporate Tax)

  • 40% deduction of the donated amount.
  • If donations are maintained for three consecutive years for an amount equal or higher, the deduction increases to 50%.

Regional deduction (Catalonia)

  • 30% deduction for donations to entities that promote scientific research and technological development and innovation.
  • Maximum limit of 10% of the regional tax liability.
